Linda Swift is a native of Kentucky but calls many places home including Florida where she now lives with her husband, a power plant consultant and avid golfer. A late bloomer, she attended college for years between being a wife and mother, then became a counselor, psychometrist, and teacher of physically and mentally challenged students in public education. Linda has won numerous awards for poetry, articles, and short stories and has had a play produced on TV. However, it was 1994 when her first romance books were published. Caught in the undertow of mid-list authors, she has been treading water far too long but now she is happily swimming toward a new horizon. She is the author of two recently released ebooks, one of which is also available in print. This is her first book released by Awe-Struck and her second Awe-Struck contemporary romance will be released December 1, 2009, followed by her first published historical in early 2010.
